Dr. Killough was a much-loved member of our team at Lancaster Pediatrics who passed away on November 12, 2021. Lancaster Pediatrics mourns the loss of a great pediatrician and a loyal friend.

Dr. Killough graduated from Brown University and Hahnemann. After completing his pediatric residency, he joined Lancaster Pediatrics in 1989. Since then, he has cared for and touched the lives of thousands of children. He was a strong advocate for child health and safety and dedicated himself to many worthy causes including The Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic, Habitat for Humanity, and St. James Episcopal Church.

Dr. Killough was a talented musician, playing the guitar and ukulele, and was always entertaining LPA staff with a song or a poem. Our favorites were the Christmas originals.

The light and love of his life were his family; wife Nan, daughter Emily, son Andrew, and their families. If you or your child were a patient of Dr. Killough’s, please know that his greatest honor was the privilege of caring for you and that Lancaster Pediatrics is committed to continuing the legacy of dedicated, compassionate, pediatric care that Dr. Killough provided.
