Patient Portal Migration to MyLGHealth

On Monday, March 1, Lancaster Pediatric Associates will go live with our new Electronic Medical Records system, EPIC. While LPA remains proudly independent, we have developed a partnership with Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health that will provide our patients access to their powerful but user-friendly portal, MyLGHealth. This community connect partnership allows parents and patients to use the program’s website or smartphone app to engage in their care directly.

Effective Monday, MyLGHealth will serve as our new patient portal and will give you direct access to your child’s physician and care team. If you wish to send messages to providers, request prescription refills, make appointments, or request referrals, please access these interactive features by creating an account here.

If you already have a MyLGHealth account, you can request that any child 12 years of age or younger be added to your account by completing a Child Proxy Request Form under the “Sharing” tab in your account. Patients ages 13-17 years will need to download and complete a Minor Consent Form to establish their own access to MyLGHealth, at which point, parents will no longer have access to their child's records. This requirement is set in place by the platform and is out of our control.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our office at 717-291-5931 and one of our patient access representatives will be happy to help you!
